| Founded by Edward Johnston in March 1993 and based in East Kilbride, Merchant City Distributors Ltd specialise in the supply and installation of a wide range of products including Electrolux Group Appliances, CDA, Beko, Smeg, Rangemaster Cookers and Reginox and Leisure sinks to the Kitchen Studio and Furniture Manufacturer along with many sectors of the Building industry & Contract marketplace. Merchant City Distributors Ltd also undertake the delivery & exchanges of all Electrolux brand appliances throughout Scotland as well as the exchange of Baumatic,Miele and Smeg appliances. Our employed service, repair and installation teams including Gas Safe Registered installers all specialise in the installation of Built In and Freestanding. With an extensive stock holding in our 30,000 sq.ft warehouse, which ensures a constant and efficient supply chain. | | | Sales & Marketing All members of the Sales Team have undergone training in all aspects of our brand portfolio and have the scars to prove it! The opeartions team ensure the smooth supply, installation, delivery and service process we have became synonymous for. | | | | | Installations Our installation workforce specialise in the fitting of Electrolux, CDA, Beko, Smeg and Rangemaster products. Our team are also responsible for the exchange of Electrolux, Miele, Baumatic and Smeg appliances. We endeavour to train all installation staff to the highest standard and currently employ 15 Gas Safe registered fitters. MCD also catalogue digital imagery of all pre and post installations. | | | | | | | Warehouse Our extensive stock holding in our 30,000sqft warehouse enables MCD to specialise in the distribution of Electrolux, CDA, Beko, Smeg and Rangemaster appliances ensuring a constant and efficient stock flow. |

The department will be happy to assist you with your credit account applications and will ensure the efficient handling of any queries. | | | | | Display Centre Merchant City Distributors are proud to introduce our fully functioning Display Centre within our premises in East Kilbride. Our Display Centre is fully furnished with the latest and most innovative products within our range allowing our customers to experience quality and choice. We also offer training on all appliances, a training representative hosts a cooking demonstration exhibiting the capabilities of the products and there is no need to worry about the washing up, our talking dishwasher does that for you!
