If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. Payment will be taken for out of stock appliances to secure stock.
Delivery
Merchant City Distributors Ltd deliver throughout the UK Monday to Friday. You will be contacted 24 hours after placing your order (Monday to Friday) or 48 hours (Saturday & Sunday) by a member of the MCD Sales Team to agree a mutual delivery date. MCD endeavour to deliver all goods within 5 days from date of order (subject to stock availability). We will deliver to the address specified by you at time of order. A responsible occupant must be available to sign for the goods on the agreed date.
