You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day following delivery subject to the following conditions and returns process:

For all cancellations

You must cancel in writing within 14 days from delivery direct with MCD Head Office in East Kilbride.

You must examine all goods on original delivery and prior to any installation to ensure they are exactly what was ordered and in an acceptable condition.

If you receive a damaged item you have 48 hours to notify MCD. MCD will request an image of the damage prior to confirming an uplift date.

You have statutory duty to take care of the goods. Damage or distress caused or allowed by you to the product may void your right to return the product.

You have a duty to take care of the goods. Cancelled orders where the goods are returned damaged, worn, scratched or missing any of the original parts will be rejected and returned to you.

If the goods are returned with any damage other than what may already have been notified, you will be charged for the diminished value of the goods.

You are responsible for the security and safety of the goods until they are received and accepted back into our warehouse.

Faulty Appliances

All MCD appliances come with a manufacturer warranty and any faults after the point of initial installation must be notified direct to the relevant manufacturer via numbers provided on your documentation and they will handle your query via their normal processes. Please be aware all manufacturers will require a proof of purchase and the appliance Serial Number, this is unique to your machine.

All appliance warranties should be visible in the products listing however if you have any questons please do not hesitate to contact MCD sales.

All warranties are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions and there may be additional charges if appliances are incorrectly installed or mistreated.
