MCD carry out Distribution services for some of the biggest names in the appliance industry. We operate a large fleet of high specification vehicles incorporating an advanced telematics system. Unlike any other delivery company we change our fleet every two years to ensure good reliable service to our customers and helps improve our overall efficiencies .
With the option of our online booking system tailored for each individual clients need. Once your order has been placed we will contact you directly to discuss delivery options and carry out a short survey with regards to specific access requirements and parking availability.
Delivery will be carried out by our fully employed and experienced team to enable an efficient and safe service direct to site, showroom or to public offering a waste management service where requested.
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver because:
- No one at home
- There is no access
- Delivery is refused
We will return all goods to our warehouse and you will be contacted again to arrange a new delivery date. Our delivery team will pre call all customers 30 minutes prior to arrival to ensure you are at home and ready to receive your goods.
MCD are also the trusted exchange partners for market leaders within the appliance industry. Our dedicated exchange department handle all communication with the end user to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the exchange process. Our highly skilled Installers are trained in all appliance brands to provide a one-stop delivery, removal and installation service that minimises disruption for the customer.
Our HQ is strategically placed to cover the full of Scotland with our 35000sq ft Warehouse space provides additional storage for each of our brands allowing MCD to accommodate the customer requirements.
